This section is created by Blindo to help our customers on the rare occasion that an item they have ordered is inaccurate in some way. There are many examples of issues that customers can submit a claim so please carefully read the below points to see which claim you fall under.

Incorrect or Faulty product received; All incorrect or faulty items received require you to contact Blindo immediately via email Blindo. Please ensure that the return claim is submitted within two business days of delivery or Blindo has the authority to void your claim.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCT CLAIM

  • A detailed explanation of the concern

Once the email has been submitted the Blindo team will look into your concern and contact you within 24 hours by either email or contact number provided.

Shipping concerns; If your order is damaged at the time of delivery, haven’t received your order within the estimated time period, or missing an item from your purchase.

Change of order; Accidently submitted the wrong address, change measurements, or cancel order.

Please do not submit a claim regarding change of measurements if your item is not a Ready Made Blind as Blindo do not refund or exchange Custom Made items.

It is imperative that you contact Blindo within one business day when cancelling an order as Ready Made items are generally despatched on the day.
